Why go out and purchase fish, when you can easily season up, and fry your own deliciousness at home? Now, I have my parents to thank, and for keeping their freezers stocked with fresh, Southern caught fish from my Dad like these— and I just so happened to have raided their freezer. A little oil and seasonings, and VOILA! It’s GRUB TIME!!!
